Utility bill issue
AnsweredHello, I have made a previous complaint regarding the issue of utility bill for verification of my account. My ID card has been approved but I do not have a utility bill in my name. I stay in a Serviced apartment and all bills are handled by the housing management.
Also I was told to provide my bank statement in the alternative which I did but it was not accepted because my address wasn't reflecting. What then am I to do if the back doesn't include address in their official bank statements how else can I resolve this please.
