 Why my payment is not getting transferred to my bank?

I have been charged reversal changes 2 times.

 

Error message:-

PAYOUT RETURNED: Other invalid Swift

I have updated the bank details after first reversal. Again it got same error

  Hi My payments are two times get reversed with amount deduction .Please help and let me know.
