I paid $ 100 in escrow for 10 posts

but could only post 3 posts

He gave me a $ 30 invoice (each post was $ 10)

How can I get the remaining $ 70 in escrow ?

  You mean a freelancer you were working with only delivered 3 posts instead of 10 as promised and you need the remaining money back? You need to ask for a refund through the Workstream and let PPH approve it first, which is no doubt going to take DAYS as usual. Sorry mate.
