    I've tried getting jobs from Upwork instead lately but it's just impossible to break into unless someone's hired you already.

    5 withdrawals still being processed; the first one was initiated over a week ago.

    Seems odd you can take the fees immediately, but can't give your freelancers an update on when they can expect their own money!

    Agree with Tom. Disgusting service! Boycott this goddamned website! You charge the hell out of freelancers with fees out the arse but serve NO communication WHATSOEVER. I can't put into words the pathetic response I received from customer support, which basically amounted to, "Okay, wait one more day and then message me again so I can escalate this." Abhorring!

    Now faced with a Bank Holiday weekend as well, so that's another 3 day, it's £15 how long am I supposed to wait? It is putting me off accepting any more jobs on here.

    UPDATE FROM PREVIOUS COMMENT

    I raised an issue with PPH over my 5 outstanding withdrawals, and had an emailed response.  It seems  there has been a "technical" issue, on top of an unexpected amount of withdrawal requests.  

    They are currently processing the backlog - with priority given to those who have been waiting the longest.  I understand that everything should be OK again by Tuesday 05/05 (given it's a Bank Holiday).

    So, at least it appears to be in hand; however, PPH you have really dropped the ball on this one by not voluntarily keeping people informed/providing any community update.

    For those new to the site, and being concerned over whether to accept more work etc - I understand, and don't remotely blame you. However, I've been using PPH for over five years and have never experienced any problems in the past.  I'm confident this is a one-off issue (albeit VERY badly handled).

    They have been saying this on and off since last summer when the first wave of lockdowns started only we got warnings last time, this time nothing
