    Hi,

Based on my understanding you cannot put 'o'/zero as invoice value, but I hope what you mean is something like '5 0' /Five ZERO that is 50$ 60$ or 100$ as invoice value. In that case it should work without issues. Please check if it is some keyboard/pc issue. Or try from a mobile phone to see if works.

    Regards,

    K

What I mean is I do not want to put any amount in the invoice. Client has already paid full amount as deposit. However, as per my understanding, I can not mark the job as done. If I am not wrong..

Or is there any way to move funds from freelancer escrow account to PPH account?

If the fund is still in freelancer escrow, it means that you haven't raised invoice yet to release it fully to your PPH account.

Hi Stephen. To give you an example if you asked your client $20 for a job and they put it in deposit you can only get that money to your account once you release an invoice for that exact sum. So in this case you'd need to put the final invoice amount as $20. The client might have put money in the deposit for you but you still need to receive it and you do that via the invoice which is essentially the receipt. Hope this helps.
