i can not raise invoice

i have completed the work... but i cant raise invoice. it says "It seems like you haven't filled in your Address, your Tax/Company details and your Withdrawal Account details. Please click here to fill them in and make sure that your Withdrawal account has been approved before you can create an Invoice."

i have verified my payment method.
