I requested a withdrawal on 23rd April but the transaction has still not completed.

Could you investigate and add the money to my account please?

  I will work on an offer that people buy direct without contact however if they want to discuss I say I have no availability. I put a complaint in last Friday no one has come back to me, despite the assurance twice they were escalating the issue.

  Just have received withdrawal made on 12th May (today is 19th) The 6th working day, as declared. They just started taking their time and holding money until the deadline (previously they happened to send them even the next day, so we got used to that).

  We are offered to put up with the situation when they do not follow their rules and support does not respond to requests. I will write a lot of letters to them every day, it seems this is the only way out.

  I've had several withdrawls this month and all of them took at least week but for some reason the last one which is only for £11 come Monday will be on 2 weeks. I 100% don't believe what they are saying is true, it seems very suspicious that in the middle of the month payments went back to being regular (even if it was a week) but people are starting to say it's gone past that again now.

  I’ve been waiting 10 working days now and still nothing has been processed - going to be after the bank holiday weekend now - so approx 15+ days to process.

  It's 3 days but they didn't process it and earlier said that it will take only two days.
