Withdrawal request (Process Pending by PPH)
I requested a withdrawal on 23rd April but the transaction has still not completed.
Could you investigate and add the money to my account please?

I got today my money that was transferred on the 23th. But the rest is still holding. I cannot pay rent even though I have the money and I transferred to my account with plenty of time. I will just mail my landlord the cute reply from Declan about how busy they are now that they have loads and loads of transfers to process, I am SURE he will understand.

It has been 7 days with me and I still didn't get my money and now when I contacted them they pick up an issue with the client from the previous year. LOL! They pick something that has nothing do with the delay instead of accepting their mistake. Every single cs agent is a nonsense and useless in pph support team.

Response from CS just now:
"There has been a huge number of withdrawals requested and this volume unfortunately caused a technical issue with our payments system. We have worked hard to resolve it and have partially done so, prioritizing those users who have had their request pending for the longest time."
They are using the tech issues excuse again...

Well that 100% is a lie because they put that post out on a less than visible forum that payment were being delayed because of the IR35 rules coming into force and that they had to comply to anti-money laundering rules which was delaying payments. If they are telling people the system is broken and it's delaying payments and not that it was the IR35 thing then they are deliberately misleading people.

Received my payment today (request from 9 May) so it took about 4 working days
Request from 12th May is still pending, I expect to receive it about 20May.
I don`t understand why they just don`t write 6 working days instead of 48 working hours (which is the same, but we all were mislead by this "48 hours" promise, I thought it means 2 days)

I have stopped providing services until they sort this out only finishing off projects from last month. I contact support yesterday very annoyed about the delay again. I asked them to put me in touch with someone who can provide me with compensation for them breaching there own rules which they said they could not then all my withdrawals landed in my bank even the one I requested the day before.
