I am latifa from pph and I work with a client on a t-shirt : I design gorilla face he asked to change the design and I did design another gorilla face then he said that he likes it and he asked me for a mockup and I sent him a mockup after he said he is not satisfied and ask for refund I have tried with him to cancel the refund but he refuse

I lost a lot of time on this project and did many revisions but still not satisfied 

can you help me fix this please
