Refund back to client or cancel hourlie bough - who isn't responding

Hello PPH Team,

I and my customer who bought my hourlie a month back agreed that he wanted to cancel the project to which I agreed to refund, but since then he isn't respnding nor raising refund request.

Today I get email from PPH - that I haven't delivered the work that I had promised to client on time and might affect my profile ranking on PPH.

Suggest what to do next. I myself don't see a buton to cancel project.
