    All payments are now in my account, and a lovely message from Panos in customer care. Think the problem is fixed now everyone

    No-one seems to get paid anymore from PPH except Dave!!

    I have all my withdrawal requests pending since 18 May.

    I am a TopCert freelancer with turnover of 100K.

    If these issues are not fixed IMMEDIATELY we cannot continue spending time on PPH. 

    Very concerning!!

    I think they are in some sort of financial distress. Security check are just the veil they are hiding themselves behind but they have limited funds to pay. I dont know what sort escrow this is though but there are types of escrow i know that are just for the sake of name are escrow

    Muhammad how can that be true? They are not paying us their money, it's the buyers, which is already with pph. The more they pay out the more they earn. If they pay nothing out it costs them nothing still, but they make no money

    And they are not using Worldpay, I asked them direct and they were amazed people were thinking that!

    I am 90% certain this is new reluglations, pph being unprepared, plus a massive spike in new jobs and payments in the last few weeks. Customer service said they have been inundated with new freelancers, buyers, jobs and payments. But taken no extra staff on! You will all get paid, but I think it will be the norm now to take 10-14 days

    I think dave this is where the issue lies as there are so many rumours swirling and no proper line of communication. I had from support a response on friday that stated all the different issues were the cause, (technical, regulation etc) but it will be sorted in a few weeks. I hardly think support know themselves the real reason and the fact I doubt anyone could name a manager they have spoken to on this issue highlights the problem. Escalated issues but to whom?. What is more annoying they insisted no one is being paid out as a priority (though your screenshot proves otherwise). 

    As far as I am aware the money as long as it is not in the main wallet is protected (if you withdraw it) but the WorldPay is true as they have been using these as this is on my statements when I did receive withdrawals and this started since May. I have been told this as have other members.

    @Dave You are wrong here buddy. They deduct their commission on source and take the clients money online via card or papal and then withhold ours to show the balance or to cover their expenses

     

    If there are security concerns how buyers money is always deducted and when they have to pay they go behind the veil of security concerns and money laundering keeping cash with them which is not theirs

     

    If we go by finance will they distribute the interest amount to our withdrawls they are earning by keeping this amount in bank.No they will not!!

    Sir, those are the official information by my superiors. We provide all of our members with this text, as we are obligated to do so. However, I will re-esclate your case, as to make your withdrawal even sooner. A moment please.
     
    I have just informed my superior on your dissatisfaction for this matter, and we hope to process your withdrawal sooner than the rest. But my position doesn't allow me to guarantee anything sir. I can only ask for your patience.

    This is what infuriates me Amanthi. They are now making up what they say. On Friday they told me and I posted on another thread that there will be no priority. The support team are just trying to appease us partly I believe as they don't know themselves (I assume they are remote workers).

    I won't hold much luck for payments today 22 invoices and counting for me.
