Unlink LinkedIn from all previous accounts

Hi, I've linked my LinkedIn account to a previous account with different niche. Now I'm changing my field and creating this new account, but my LinkedIn and Facebook are connected to previous account. Kindly guide me through further process of linking my social accounts to this PPH account.
