Change of proposal amount (due to word count)

Hi,

 

My buyer wants to change the amount of the proposal I sent last week (she accepted it and paid the deposit in my Escrow account). This is due to a word count issue. The document to translate was reduced from 2548 to 2232 words.

How do I change the amount without being penalised on PPH?

I have delivered the work yesterday and would like to raise my invoice asap.
