The same thing is happening with me. I withdrew my payment on 23-May. It is still in processing. PPH please resolve it.

I am genuinely scared at this point. I literally have no money and cannot make any plans because I have no idea when I am getting the money.

It may be a while yet, I am still waiting on payments from the 18th and 19th of May. Very frustrating and worrying.

If it is UK-based (not sure but it's a London number for me)

    Today is a national holiday.

I am considering contacting the press at this point. I don't see why so many of us should be out of pocket. They're obviously in financial difficulty.

They aren't going to is my thinking. I am not sure what's going on with them but something is wrong...it has to be. They claim in a recent article that their subscriptions are up over 60% since Covid hit...and yet they're not paying the very people who are making the money. That smells of financial trouble to me. If they're not paying out, it's got to be because the money (our money!) is going elsewhere. They keep saying it's due to them needing to do extra security checks...but my client is a VIP buyer and has been using the platform for YEARS and I have been for over 10 years. So that doesn't make sense.

Truth be told, PPH Admin needs to come out clean and let we the freelancers know once and for all when we should expect to get paid.

It needs to be automated like Upwork and Fiverr.

If we are going to wait for 7 or 14 days, they (PPH) should let us know. At least with that, the uncertainty of when we will be paid will be cleared.

It's better for the withdrawal day to be extended and definite than for a shorter withdrawal time frame which is uncertain.

unfortunately, whatever is going on, it's probably going to be the norm. PPH continually seem to want to disadvantage freelancers which is a mystery to me. Their customer support is often ill informed and no real answers are given for issues like this. The protecting against fraud thing is a load of BS - they did the same thing a few years back and it didn't hold water then.
