Explanation URGENTLY needed to freelancers WHEN withdrawals can again be expected

    yes i think they the PPH under financial Issues. they invest our money somewhere ( i think in crypto). this situation come after down treand of bitcoin. i think PPH need issue ther financial security statment o there customers money. my withdrawal is over 14 days and they not care and customer support not answering phone line / chat. lot of freelancer have trouble with that issue

    Yes, there is clearly an issue but don't speculate 'fake news'. Just for reassurance (I am a TopCert with 20 invoices outstanding and in the same predicament as everyone else) but money held in an escrow is protected and ringfenced. To say they are in financial difficulties without any proof does nothing to help

    * I must correct myself about being protected - t&c's state the following:

    In using the Escrow Account PPH act, subject to these terms and conditions, on the User's behalf. PPH hold the funds in a separate client account. PPH IS NOT A BANK and only holds funds for the purposes of settling the provision of services and specific invoices of Freelancers. We strongly recommend that all users do not hold balances on the platform. Funds held by PPH on the platform are not insured nor covered by any Financial Services Compensation Scheme or any other government agency. Users will not receive interest or other earnings on the funds in their Escrow Account or PPH User Account. PPH will endeavour to ensure that the funds in the Escrow Account or PPH User Account are available to the User in accordance with these Terms and Conditions but do not guarantee that they will be available to the User in circumstances which are unforeseen or beyond our control.

    We all hope for the best for PPH, so we can continue as a great place for freelancers and buyers alike.

    However, the so called "escrow" - See PPH T&C's clause 4 "...PPH will endeavour to ensure that the funds in the Escrow Account or PPH User Account are available to the User in accordance with these Terms and Conditions but do not guarantee that they will be available to the User in circumstances which are unforeseen or beyond our control..." - what does that mean??

    I am not sure about the security of the funds - in particular if they have been released from Buyer escrow and is awaiting withdrawal processing by PPH.

    Yes Right, My withdrawal also pending from last 10-12 days and even customer support not providing solutions.

    To Adam. im not spread news. i never said im posting news. i type what i think. cant you seein im mention " i Think". i can type my idea.you want to understand, my idea is not a news. why you get be side of PPH?. whay do you never reply about there customer support failier. the hot line not answer. why you never think about freelancer side. most are work very hardly and there earn money. do you think pph staff can wait there salery for 14 days?

    Amanthi I am a freelancer, not an employee which I stated. I am not implying financial difficulties like you without any evidence. Unless you have proof keep it off the forum instead of concerning people with fake conspiracies or ideas. No one wants to wait for payment, including myself and the service has been shambolic but peddling crypto-investment rubbish is just not helpful.

    PPH Admin needs to come out clean and let we the freelancers know once and for all when we should expect to get paid.

    It needs to be automated like Upwork and Fiverr.

    If we are going to wait for 7 or 14 days, they (PPH) should let us know. At least with that, the uncertainty of when we will be paid will be cleared.

    It's better for the withdrawal day to be extended and definite than for a shorter withdrawal time frame which is uncertain.
