Withdrawal pending

It's been 5 days since I have requested to withdraw and till now it's in a pending situation, can you please tell me why it's taking so late to process? There is mentioned about 48 hours but now it has taken 5 days but no update. 

Can you please check?

  lol buddy. im over 14days. no respond of customersupport. more than 30min waiting in hotline nad no one answer it

  The same has happened to my withdrawals. I withdrew on 19th May, but still, no fund reached in my Payoneer account.

  Me too! Withdraw small money on 25th of May, haven't process yet. It is small, but quite concerning. It's been happening to me more than once.
