Can freelancers who have payments processed please update us here

A lot of worried freelancers. I received all my payments last week, up to 28th May. Can others that have been paid please tell us so here, and what the wait time was. May reassure others is my thinking

  Who did you speak to, to get yours processed up to the 28th May? Support are saying no withdrawals from the 28th have been processed?

  @tom, I spoke to quite a few as I am sure we all have! I was surprized that all my payments were actioned tbh, not going to complain though! I think we just have to accept it is now 7-10 working days every time. Pain for sure but nothing we can do?

  @Tom not what I have now been told

  I would like to inform you that I had the chance to examine this issue with our team. I have been kindly informed that the speed of withdrawal processing could depend on the nature of the fraud checks, so in rare cases some withdrawals might be processed faster than other, but in the vast majority of cases they are processed in a first come first served basis.

  PPH Admin needs to come out clean and let we the freelancers know once and for all when we should expect to get paid.

  It needs to be automated like Upwork and Fiverr.

  If we are going to wait for 7 or 14 days, they (PPH) should let us know. At least with that, the uncertainty of when we will be paid will be cleared.

  It's better for the withdrawal day to be extended and definite than for a shorter withdrawal time frame which is uncertain.

  I received my 4 figure payment 2 days ago. The withdrawal was requested 10 days ago on 24th May. They are taking longer than usual these days but support team assured me that PPH is working on it. So don't worry and have patience.

  I have also received all my outstanding payments yesterday. My request was for the 26th May. Lets just hang in there, agreed with Avneet, just some patience, payments will be processed.
