    Without informing us in advance with atleast a notification, PPH has placed all countries except Western nations to slow payment countries. How can they do that suddenly. Can you believe they placed India in this list. The major revenue source and hub of freelancers.

    Though there's money in my account I cannot withdraw it. Waited 9 days without result. What is going on? There £400 in escrow too. Should I warn my client that they may lose this money. I tried to phone PPH without success. No one is answering the phone. I repeat, What is going on? When will I be paid for a book I have ghost-written.

    the uk is also affected. As a freelancer, I tend to work pay check to pay check. Long delays in processing payments is leaving many here without money for food or to pay rent. Frustrating that you can't get a straight answer from PPH . The notion that delays are to combat fraud is spurious to say the least.

    Hello everyone, 

    I can hear the frustration and well understand the worry as many of you are the breadwinners in your homes, and your earnings sustain your families. PPH is having a few technical issues that they are resolving, lets not throw the baby out with the bathwater. I have found PPH to be an honourable company to work for and they have always been transparent in all my myriad of queries directed their way. Contact the support team via the LIVE CHAT option on the website and submit your queries. I have found the admin support team, to be supportive, informative, available and professional. I have no doubt that your queries will be attended to and resolved far quicker than you think.

    Pity PPH didn't think it important  enough to be honest and explain the situation  to the freelancers owed money. They kept the information to themselves until it became impossible to do so.

    Actually, Jean, when a glitch does occur, I would think that the company's focus would be on resolving the issue and I do commend PPH for doing so. I do remember seeing a notice on the website where the projects are listed last month, and it was visible for a few weeks.     Not necessarily, sometimes a glitch does not become serious until later and PPH did post a notice about payments last month.
