Withdraw Request still on "Process Pending by PPH" status since 13-May

Hi,

I did a withdraw request to my Paypal account last 13-May and until now it is still on "Process Pending by PPH" status. It's not like I'm new or my account and I have been doing withdrawals to the same Paypal account since 2018.

Please have this resolved asap.

  @Kristal you do realize that your email confirmation states that payments will be processed within 48 hours? I really smell BS here since you are contradicting yourself.

  I am also still waiting for my payments from 13 May. My previous payments were late too. Simply not good enough and potentially illegal!

  With the new updates, the new payments times are 1 week. So i think they will update pretty soon on the page too, the notification.

  From what i understand from other users, they all got paid after1 week, me included, yesterday they made the transfer for a withdraw i made on 12th of May. Right now it says 48 hours, but because the platform grew, they encountered these problems with too many withdraws, so it takes longer. I think pretty soon they will update in their official page too, that the new times will be 1 week.

  Update for everyone, I got my money after I created an actual ticket with PPH yesterday.

  I will still say that the growth blah blah blah is BS since they have full view on what's happening with their platform and could have prepared for the increase in transactions specially now that a lot of people have switched to working from home/freelancing.

  Same issue being over 48 hours that had some withdrawals to my balance and no payments from my side!!!
