  There are a considerable number of people complaining. As yet no solution. Most freelancers live on a payment to payment basis so this is, frankly, intolerable.

  Sent email last week, nothing back at all, then spoke with operator on live chat who admitted they had some issues with payments and the time it was taking. They promised that I would receive and email follow up..... Nothing....

   

  Withdrawal relates to 31st May (bank holiday in UK) so should have been started effective 1st June, now just about 1 week later and nothing....
