Hey why I can't login my PPH account on web browser it's working fine in my mobile, but it's not logging in on my laptop.

  Having received 2 emails stating my Profile has been accepted
  On logging in to PPH it states it has not been accepted. I took

  this for a glitch until I searched for Projects matching my skill set

  and there it was again "u can't send a proposal since your Freelancer

  Application is not approved" Please help me resolve this issue asap

  I can’t login because I mistakenly input the wrong password when singing up, I clicked on forget password but I’m unable to reset the password. What can I do?
