Refund of a deposit into the escrow account

I need to request a refund of a deposit into the escrow account where there is no 'request refund' button. The job is completed and paid but the extra funds are not yet released. I want to use this funds for new Jobs. How can I get this done?

  i posted an inquiry but with ester, for £ 22 but your system took more monies, I would like a refund, as the work could not be completed in time,  and it is past its due by date

   

  let me have email confirmation of my escrow deposit from ester, asap
