I requested a withdrawal from my account to my payoneer account on the 18th of this month, but I haven't received it yet. It takes 10 days. PPH is the worst payment transfer site.

  Same here, on the 18th. At this rate, people will leave the platform pretty quick.

  I am still waiting for payment from 17 May. I get zero joy from the helpdesk. Constantly getting the lame request for patience. Not sure how much longer I will be on this platform.

  PPH is taken longer and longer to release payments. I am left with no choice but to move my clients off the platform! The 48-hour delivery promise is nothing but a lie. So disappointed.

  As one example, Upwork takes 5 days to release clients payment from Upwork escrow. We understand why they take such days because they describe it on their Q & A page. But PPH still declares "48 hours". Also they close "submit a request" page. This is a big problem. I will take my clients to Upwork at this rate.
