    I just checked mine 18 outstanding still all pending from the 17/05. I am hoping this is soon to change. :)

    @adam, go on live chat, they will escalate any payments over 7 working days. Sure they have a massive back-log now, so hopefully yours will be with you soon, good luck

    Mine are still being held from 8+ days - not sure why they choose to process some faster than others - surely they should be in order of withdrawal?

    I asked support Tom as I have 18 outstanding latest from 17/05 and they were adamant they are processing in date order and no one is being fast tracked. Yes you guessed it they are escalating.

    It's really starting to infuriate me how obscure they are being about their withdrawal processes and issues/delays they are having. 

    One minute they are having technical issues, the next its due to guidelines and new rules and regulations - then they promise they process in chronological order and (from this thread) quite clearly don't. 

    They are ruining their reputation - they just need to start being transparent, open, upfront and honest with us so we can understand whats going on and plan for the delays.

    I promise you that is not the case. Everything is being handled in chronological order

    Our team has confirmed we will process as many as we can, and we expect things to get back to normal soon

    Truly this is all the information we have at this point

    I think we are all in the same boat and the agents don’t know the full story either. I had no payments for 3 days now despite all the outstanding invoices clarity would just help. In my chat like you said Tom they blamed it on regulation, influx of withdrawals then said it was a technical issue

    I'm on my 6th Day of waiting for my withdrawals as I speak, still nothing. Took me 3 weeks to really work hard on my Animation Projects and now, a week long of indefinite waiting. I'm a regular TOP CERT member here doing creative work since 2012. This is heartbreaking.

    i am waiting from 19th may. it's now 10th day running still didn't get my money into my card. what is going on. i live on freelancing. this is so rediculous.

    @Dave: I have made withdrawal on 20th May in Paypal still got nothing.

    Its almost 11 days I am waiting for the payment in Paypal and also have escalated the issue in chat but still nothing has been done.

    We are suffering from second wave of covid19 pandemic in India, please try to understand and process the payment asap.

    Kindly give us a fix time about the payment in paypal , because we are really facing problem and cant understand when we will get it .

    Got payment on 18th, still nothing. This is not sustainable as a freelancer. I need to be able to handle my cash flow and waiting 15 days for payment is simply not possible.

    When I spoke with Customer Support reading between the lines that they have outsourced to Worldpay the processing of payments and using such service does take 7 days plus to process so I cannot see how this will ever get back to being processed in 48 hours or how they will resolve this.  I think we just have to get used to the 7 to 10 day processing time but, wish they changed their terms and conditions to give the correct processing time so we can all plan.

    Or, we can get our clients elsewhere and not wait for 20 days+ to collect a couple hundred euros, paying considerable fees on both sides of the transaction, and constantly wondering if the funds will arrive on time to pay the rent this month.
