I think payments are now fixed everyone, hopefully so!!
I have just received 17 notifications that payments have been processed, usually means that you get the funds today. Every outstanding payment seems to have been processed up to yesterdays date. Will update you after 4pm UK time as that is when the payments usually appear in my account. If so it looks like they have fixed the problem! So hopefully £6K with me today!
Checked again and even requests I only did this morning have been processed it seems. And every other one that was done since the 17th May is also showing as completed

It's really starting to infuriate me how obscure they are being about their withdrawal processes and issues/delays they are having.
One minute they are having technical issues, the next its due to guidelines and new rules and regulations - then they promise they process in chronological order and (from this thread) quite clearly don't.
They are ruining their reputation - they just need to start being transparent, open, upfront and honest with us so we can understand whats going on and plan for the delays.

I think we are all in the same boat and the agents don’t know the full story either. I had no payments for 3 days now despite all the outstanding invoices clarity would just help. In my chat like you said Tom they blamed it on regulation, influx of withdrawals then said it was a technical issue

@Dave: I have made withdrawal on 20th May in Paypal still got nothing.
Its almost 11 days I am waiting for the payment in Paypal and also have escalated the issue in chat but still nothing has been done.
We are suffering from second wave of covid19 pandemic in India, please try to understand and process the payment asap.
Kindly give us a fix time about the payment in paypal , because we are really facing problem and cant understand when we will get it .

When I spoke with Customer Support reading between the lines that they have outsourced to Worldpay the processing of payments and using such service does take 7 days plus to process so I cannot see how this will ever get back to being processed in 48 hours or how they will resolve this. I think we just have to get used to the 7 to 10 day processing time but, wish they changed their terms and conditions to give the correct processing time so we can all plan.
