I do not understand how I can release the deposit. The work is done, the client is satisfied with how to withdraw funds to the account. In upwork it is done simply, why such difficulties?

  You can put in a withdrawal request from your wallet but PPH are currently withholding all payments as far as I can see - check out the rest of the complaints under Payment Enquiries - it's unclear what's going on but I think all freelancers have been mugged. Sorry to break the bad news...

  and how do you suggest that I continue to work on your site? Is free?
  do you charge 20% for this security?

  I don't work for PPH Benjamin, I'm a freelancer here like you...previously they released funds within 48 hours but have been delaying them for a while now. They have payments for me going back 2 weeks and I'm not confident they will ever be released as they're keeping us in the dark...
