Transfer funds from pph to Bank ac

Hi I have completed 1 job on pph and I have also got the funds into my pph account but now! When I am trying to transfer it into my bank account its showing there is some international transfer fee.
The job I did was of 15 pounds n the transfer fee says 19.9 pounds which more that the money I earned..
Is there any cost effective way to transfer the funds
Location - India
Bank - Citi Bank
I also have PayPal account, will that help??

  Yes, at least the last time I checked. You can also use payoneer if you have it.

  PPH has charged me for a withdrawal within UK area, when UK withdrawals are not charged. And the transfer failed - so PPH didn't even pay me! Can they be trusted?
