Identification of address

Hi.
I am an expert at PPH portal and love to work here.
I have 1 question regarding Identification document for which i supposed to provide utility bill of my own name.
Actually all these utility bills comes in the name of my father, So i don't have any idea what to do in this case.
I want to know can i send these identification documents.
1: Copy of my passport.
2. Utility bill with the name of my father on it.

Moreover my withdrawal account is set upon USA bank account for which i provided all details of USA.
Did it have any effect on it.

Please let me know.

  Hi

  I am currently out of the country, I am in Nigeria for a contract job

  and i don't have the documents you guys requested from me here in Nigeria.

  And I need this money at this moment, I want it to be transferred to my paypal so when i am back in the states, I will give you guys the documents requested, I worked hard for this money and will be happy to get it at this moment because i'm in serious need of the money.

  Please whoever is reading this should help me fix some vital financial issue at the moment,
