Please do something to your freelancers

The freelancer I agreed to work with have not completed the project in 5 month. He gave me numerous deadlines but nothing has been done. I contacted customer service on a number of occasions and requested a refund. Why do I have to wait for such a long time? I just want to get my project done...that's all.

  True. Most of the seller are none professional and lack seriouness and has not committments to do the job properly .... more and more
