Amount did not reach Payoneer

Amount has been deducted from my PPH account but is not appearing in my payoneer account.

 

Please tell me the reason

  My PPH funds did not reached payoneer account...what is the issue.can any one guide me please .I am from pakistan when will my funds arrive in my payoneer account ?
