Paypal Pending

Hi

It's been 3 days since I put up my paypal as a withdrawal method but it still shows as pending. I need to be able to withdraw funds especially since I have an incoming job and I had to tell the client to hold off on the job until I got my paypal sorted. Can anyone help me?
