    Hi, I have a similar question, I have had more than 20% taken too, I don't understand what the extra fee is? 20% is definitely enough to be taken, should have been $70 that went to PPH?? Please confirm what this extra fee is?

    I have the same question and would like a detailed explanation as to the reason you charge more than the 20% fee from my pay.
