20% Discount misleading

First of all, PPH does not make it clear that the '20% discount' is only applicable up to the value of £20 and they add injury to insult by charging a genuine 20% fee on top which again they manage to bury in the small copy. This definitely does not encourage me to use them again in the future and I'm unlikely to recommend them as I don't appreciate the obvious bait and hook tactics that were probably cooked up by someone looking at a spreadsheet. A good customer experience is worth more to a business than any benefit gleaned from obscure tactics that leave a somewhat bad taste in the mouth. Never mind.
