PPH not releasing £50 in escrow
I did work for client Jacob B and provided him with a spreadsheet which I had data sorted for him and I completed the work he asked me to do so I invoiced him. He replied more than 24 hours later wanting me to do more data sorting but I didn't understand how he wanted it done. I told him I was bust but would help the following day if he explained it and couldn't do it himself.
That was 10 days ago and he hasn't been back on PPH. There is £50 in escrow which hasn't been released to me despite the PPH guarantee. When I complained to PPH they said I should do the data sort for him, even though he hasn't replied and I don't understand the wording in his request. I told PPH that I wont do any work until the escrow is released to me. But PPH hasn't replied.
I will now have to take Jacob B of the fanatical about design company to the small claims court for payment of my invoice.

I have the same problem, only with a much higher amount. The client was unresponsive for long but have now already paid the bill (which was more than the deposit in Escrow) . But PPH refuse to pay me the money in escrow. They don't answer to my messages, I can just see in the workstream that they are rejecting to pay me. No explanations.
What should I do?
