Why does my Offer still needs to be edited? Edited 3 times already, PPH wont tell me why its getting rejected!!

Hi!

I would like to ask if it's possible: Why does my Offer need editing? I tried 3 times to edit my offer but still I've received an email saying that some changes are to be made. I've done some changes following the policies and I don't know what to change anymore. Can you please advice me what else should I do to make my proposal to be live?

  Same problem here. I ve posted three projects and the last two were declined and I have tried to edit them 2 times, but I don't understand what I have to change. Can you please be more specific?

  ALSO MY ACCOUNT REJECTED 3RD TIME PLEASE HELP ME TO APPROVE MY ACCOUNT AND WE REQESTED 4TH TIME SO AGAIN AND AGAIN APPROVE MY PPM ACCOUNT.
