Job Offer Seems Scammy

I was offered a job as a virtual assistant, but the offer doesn't seem to have been awarded properly through this site. The buyer wants me to use my paypal to puchase and then ship Apple products. I'm assuming that I would receive a fake email telling me funds were deposited into my Paypal and I would then unwittingly purchase products and ship them only to discover there were never funds deposited. How can I report this scam?
