Individual Account into Company's accounts?

I want to ask that is it possible to change my individual account into Company's account and how? under terms & Condition 2.1 of people per hour.

  We currently have the option to update your freelancer account into an agency account! For more information please click here.

  I have raised a ticket with our customer support team in order for us to escalate this to our product team.
