    Hello Syed. 

    Zero service fee or zero commission is a feature whereby Sellers can invite existing clients (buyers that they have off-site) to PPH to continue working using PPH's services (escrow, WorkStreams etc.) As Zolbayar said you are entitled to work in a 0% fee with your Buyer!

    The benefit is that you're not going to pay initial 20% fee.

    Not sure why one would want to invite an existing client to suffer the benefits of PPH administration.

    Best way to lose a good client, in my opinion. 

    When PPH works, it's fine, but expect weeks of unproductive correspondence if you have any sort of problem - I have used PPH for several years and their support is essentially useless.

    Presumably, tPPH don't charge zero fees from the 'goodness of their heart' - are they perchance charging the client the much-criticised 10% 'payment' fee to the clients?
