Please read chat and help me out. Sent money through paypal for him to buy product and make review. 

Keep making excuses to avoid doing the work and now seems like he has no intention returning my money. 

When asked about making escrow he said don't need escrow.

Reported him to pph but no reply yet.

  Hello Duc, 

  I'm glad that I decided to check the community page for answers. There is a possibility that I might be having a similar issue as you are. Although I have not given out any personal information or bought anything, I may have forgotten that there is a policy on PeoplePerHour that states communications should only be within the website, I think. I'll need to be more careful when communicating with buyers. Thanks.
