I received 5 messages in my PPH inbox but when I Try to reply to them I cannot reply them because there are an error prompt shows, let me share with you prompt
Error prompt is:
You have to accept our communication and billing policy
I'm confused because I've already purchased membership Please help me why I cannot reply.

I'm also in the same situation. Someone has offered to supply a different service than I requested. It's not that I won't be interested in the service offered (so I don't want to decline it), but I want a quote on what I asked for. How do I send a reply to the person selling their services?
