You cannot sell services until we have approved your application?why?or when approved my account?

I'm new this platform.i did sign up 2days ago  buyer/freelancer both account .i will use as a professional freelancer also new buyer some project!

my account says " WARNING You cannot sell service until e have approved your application"

I need active my account please help me someone

  I was  create  by mistake  seller account. I will used as a buyer account but I can't fix the problem
