Account Approved But I am confused now

Hey,

I am Bikash from New Delhi. I have received an email from you and that my application has been approved, Since then I am trying to figure it out. Now how do I get work here? 

PPH asking me 17$ for the fast track? What does that mean? Will I get work without Pounds/ Dollars or will I have to pay first to get works. I am confused now.

  please, how do I know when my account is verified already? it has been past 7 days since I uploaded my documents and no mail yet on the status of the account verification
