Invoices
AnsweredHi, 2 issues.
1 - Every invoice downloads as "viewInvoice.pdf"
When you have several work streams active, and people are sending invoices daily, its annoying having to rename every invoice before you can download another, its really not difficult to change this to match the proposal number before download...
2 - Every invoice is less than what I actually have to pay, because of PPH fees on top.
There is no indication of the extra fee anywhere and so the transaction does not automatically match up in quick books (accounting), this is causing me even more work.
I thought PPH was here to help reduce my workload, these are 2 areas where you are making it more difficult.

To download an invoice the url is https://www.peopleperhour.com/ViewPdf/viewInvoice?id=1635925
It would suit you if this id was actually the invoice number?
2. When you purchase a service from PPH you get two invoices:
a. The invoice from the freelancer
b. A receipt from PPH which you can view under "transactions" and reflects the buyer fees.
These two should add up to the cost of your services. Is this not enough?

MY bank transaction show 1 sum, my accounting requires a receipt for that sum,
People Per Hour forces me to download 2 separate invoices and add them both to a single transaction.not forgetting that the invoice also requires to be renumbered by me.
