I have had a bad experience with one of the developers here. I  would like to leave feedback but I don't know how?

I have had my money returned but I had to spend an extra $150 to fix the problem and my website was down for 2 days with poor communication from the developer.

How do I do this in the rating/feedback? I can't find a link anywhere...

  Hi Lucia,

  Sorry to hear you had a bad experience.

  Leaving feedback is only allowed when you pay an invoice and since you got refunded your money you can not leave one.

  However since our support team decided that you are eligible for a refund, then their is an automatic penalty on the freelancer so be assured that all measures have been taken.

  Kindly be aware that you can always report the freelancer by visiting their profile and click on "Report this profile" link (located on the lower left part of the page) and leave your complaint under "Other".

   

  I hope your next experience with us will be much better!
