Hello, I have accidentally used my last name wrong on my profile of which means that I can't add my bank account due to my last name being different on my People per hour account from my bank statement.

How do i change my last name ??

  Hello Vikas,

  In order to change your PPH name, we will need 3 things:

  • A clear order: for example, 'change my name from XXXXX to YYYYY' 
  • A proof of ID
  • A proof of address

  After the successful verification of your documents (it can take up to 7 working days) your name will change accordingly.

  I have created a ticket to our Customer Support Department regarding this matter. You will soon receive a response.
