Disputed Invoice refunded to client

Hi,

 

I raised a dispute for an invoice (rejected by the client).

Reason for raising the invoice was that the client refused to give feedback on the work (in order to finish it) and eventually when i raised the invoice he refused to pay.

 

To my horror today, i saw that the PPH has refunded all the funds held in Escrow to the client (plus i lost the resolution fee i paid to PPH). I don't know the reason as well why PPH chose such a decision.

Now i lost the money for the project, time, and my money as well inorder to get paid for the work i did.

 

Would like to know the reason atleast (because i don't know how PPH can decide on quality of work) and in future a seller should never raise a dispute as he is always at disadvantage?
