I'm new here, and I'm trying to complete my freelancer application so I can start making money, but I am finding it quite impossible to proceed because every time I try to upload a profile picture, my picture keeps being rejected. I have no idea why, because the red notification that pops up after my failed attempt is not even visible. What kind of picture do you expect freelancers to upload? Why am I having such a hard time getting started? I was really excited to start making money, but this has not been a good experience so far.
