Refund Deposit

I need to refund a deposit back as the job originally quoted for has now doubled in size and due to timings I am no longer able to complete.
Can you please confirm how I can arrange the refund.

In order for a refund to be raised, you will need to proceed and request for it under the Workstream.
I have currently raised a ticket with our customer support team in order for us to help you through this process.
