Hi, I paid for an NDA on the website. I then found a freelancer and on their page paid for one of their services. I sent them over a proposal of the work. Is my NDA valid for my proposal? Does the freelancer have visibility of my NDA? If not how do I share it with th freelancer. The NDA document sent to me from PPH does not have any details on it apart from a title. How do I associate the NDA specifically with my project? Thanks

  Hello Neil,

  The purchase of an NDA can only be a applied to a specific Project. All Freelancers that want to submit a proposal for this Project will need to accept the NDA first, and fill-out all the appropriate fields.

  If you have purchased the NDA after the posting of the Project, then you should enter each Workstream individually, and select to REQUEST NDA (bottom of the Wokrstream, right above the message-box). This will publish the NDA through the specific Workstream.

  Hi,

  Thanks for your reply. So when I paid for the NDA and gave the project a title I received an invoice with that title on it.

  As I purchased this NDA before I spoke to a freelancer to give me a quote for the project is there a specific document I have to give them to make the NDA legally binding.

  I have not at this point referenced the project name to the freelancer that I gave it in the NDA.
