How can I edit my proposal and change the description?

  Hello Stephen, 

  You cannot edit the proposal. You will need to cancel the proposal and raise a new one with the updated information.

  Hi Natalie 

   

  I need help with a project.  The bidder wants me to do a smaller project first ie do a detailed project document . We have agreed on a price - how can this be implemented as the amount he proposed for the full project was much larger

  I've noticed that when I send proposals they're labeled "pending" then I receive a message about freelancer protection something.

  What's that about?
