Hello, 

 

I have tried to issue payment several times and I keep getting an error message. 

A red bar appears at the top of the screen and says the sites is experiencing issues. 

Can you please confirm.

  I have now raised a ticket with our customer support representatives. Please make sure you proceed and attach a screenshot under the ticket in order for us to review the case.
